We had our Halloween Carnival last night so the kids and I dressed up and went. I had all these great pictures in mind of Colson and Brian together in their uniforms but I spaced the fact that Brian is still gone! Oh well, I will make them dress up again when Brian gets back. Colson was so cute, he made everyone call him Brian Renner all night. It was kind of sad without Bri, this is the first holiday that he has ever missed with the kids. Thank goodness that they got candy to take their minds off missing him.

I had 6 newborn shoots this last week. I had some great babies and some not-so-happy babies. I am just proofing the 4th session an I found this. I am not sure why, but I LOVE this picture. For some reason, it just puts me at ease everytime I look at it. Other than working like a mad woman....things are the same around here. Brian is still gone and the kids are still as crazy as ever. I have tons of photos to catch up on, so there should be lots to look at soon.

Kenzibug had a Halloween party to go to. I don't think I have ever seen anything cuter than this girl- of course, I am a little biased!

I did my son's preschool class pictures this year (yes, I know I am insane!) and my stinkin boy would NOT look at me. I probably took 10 shots of him looking up in the tree, sticking his tounge out, making faces, etc, but not for one second would he look my way. I don't know why I expected him to....it's not like he does for me at home either! Anyhoo.....off to have a glass of wine.

Miss Kenzie's tooth is so loose that it is just hanging crooked in her mouth. It is driving me crazy....it looks like she has those fake hillbilly teeth in! Of course she won't let me touch it. I have been feeding her apple after apple but no luck.

And she's off!!!!!

Little miss Kenzie has been quite busy this week. A friend of hers taught her how to ride a bike and she thinks it is the coolest thing ever! We really need to have a talk about her riding attire!!

The kids and I went to a field to take some picts and get some energy out. I took them out of the car and let them run around while I grabbed my camera stuff. I started taking some pictures of Kenzie and when I called Colson over, I saw that his face was so swollen that his eyes were almost shut. He had some sort of reaction to whatever was in the field. I took him home and put him in a cool bath, but he didn't get back to normal until the next day. The whole shoot was kind of a bust anyway, the lighting was horrible and I was having major focus issues. It was one of those days that we all should of stayed in bed. I felt so bad about Cole that I had to buy him some treats to relieve my guilt. He picked Barbie and the 12 dancing princesses dvd- what a man!!

The kids are going nuts with Brain gone. They made happy tummies so they wounld not be so sad that he was gone. I am not quite sure how the mustaches came into play. We are going to a neat location to shoot tonight. I am excited to get those creative juices going again. Hopefully you will see some neat ones later tonight!
